Two-Factor Authentication

Add an extra layer of security to your Ikawaari account with time-based one-time passwords (TOTP).

Set Up 2FA​

  1. Go to Settings → Personal Info → Security
  2. Click Set up authenticator app
  3. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password, etc.)
  4. Enter the 6-digit code to verify
  5. Save your recovery codes in a secure location

Enforce 2FA for Your Team​

Admins can require all team members to enable 2FA:

  1. Go to Settings → Team & Security → Two-Factor Authentication
  2. Toggle Require 2FA for all team members

Team members without 2FA will be prompted to set it up on their next login.

Recovery Codes​

When you set up 2FA, you receive a set of one-time recovery codes. Use these if you lose access to your authenticator app.

Store recovery codes securely. Each code can only be used once. If you lose both your authenticator and recovery codes, contact support@ikawaari.com.
