What Merchants Can See
Depending on your account and country, the dashboard may show:
- identity or business information to complete;
- required documents;
- verification statuses;
- actions needed to lift a restriction;
- notifications related to status changes.
Common Statuses

verified | The account or verified item has been approved. |
restricted | Some capabilities may be limited until resolved. |
rejected | Verification could not be approved. |
